Aviance Ghana realises how frustrating it is to arrive at your final destination only to realise your bag has not arrived. Making life simpler, inspired Aviance Ghana to create a new service offering to all of it's customers as part of the Service Excellence programme.
Even though we already use the international baggage tracing system (Worldtracer) we realise that an added frustration is trying to telephone the office to find out when the bag will arrive. Poor communications can mean making endless telephone calls at the passengers expense just to find out the bag is still lost. To overcome these frustrations, Aviance Ghana has set up a unique email service.
Simply email to 'email@example.com' and we will answer your query within 24 hours. No more frustration at trying to make contact, an auto reply immediately lets you know the query has been received. Aviance Ghana will do the rest.
