As the name suggests we take special care of customers requiring assistance through the airport whether arriving or departing. This includes the “younger” passenger or UM (unaccompanied minor). Unaccompanied minors are escorted to their respective departure gates where they are handed over to the cabin crew or they will be met on arrival and escorted through the airport to be handed over to their parent or guardian. Disabled passengers including wheelchair, blind or deaf passengers are also entitled to special service and they too experience the ‘Aviance difference’.


Aviance VIP provides VIP services to corporate clients or individuals. Meet and Greet VIP Services can provide customers with a unique bouquet of services designed to make life at the airport so much easier.


From escorting clients through channels, to providing chauffeured cars and pre check-in procedures Aviance VIP is the VIP Service.

Aviance's stated objective is to give you the best care and support with the right equipment and trained personnel in transporting persons with reduced mobility (PRM’s).


As a result of the special needs of our passengers, Aviance takes the trouble to train all staff assigned for this service to ensure safety and comfort on all flights at all times.
