Aviance Ghana Welcomes Richard Backhouse as Chief Executive Officer

Aviance Ghana is pleased to welcome Richard Backhouse as its Chief Executive Officer.

Richard brings extensive international aviation experience across ground handling, airport operations, cargo, customer service and business development. Throughout his career, he has led large and diverse teams, supported the development of airport service operations and maintained a strong focus on safety, service delivery, operational performance and sustainable growth.

As he begins his journey with Aviance Ghana, Richard will work closely with employees, customers, partners and key stakeholders to build on the company’s strong foundation and guide the next phase of its development.
