The Operations Department is responsible for planning aircraft loading and the co-ordination of the aircraft turnaround whilst it is on the ground. Safety is a focal point and all aircraft loading is subject to stringent performance criteria.
For this reason we have chosen a proven system for the compilation of aircraft weight and balance charts. The LIBRA automated weight and balance has its database managed in the UK and provides a fail to safe automated load-sheet.
The tasks associated with Operations include the coordination of all services to accomplish a safe and punctual take-off. The Operations Agent co-ordinates and controls all of the services including provision of passenger steps, baggage and cargo loading, cleaning, fuelling and catering.
