Aviance Ghana Emerges as Overall Champions at TF Group Games

Aviance Ghana emerged as Overall Champions at the TF Group Games held a few weeks ago, winning the football, volleyball and men’s sack race competitions. CEO Richard Backhouse added to the team’s success with a win in the CEO Challenge.

Organised by Teachers’ Fund, the annual sporting event brought colleagues from across its group of companies together for a day of friendly competition, recreation and connection.

Aviance Ghana celebrated five honours:

• Overall Champions of the tournament

• Volleyball winners

• Football winners

• Men’s sack race winner

• CEO Challenge winner — Richard Backhouse

Away from their daily duties at the airport, colleagues had the opportunity to compete together, support one another and enjoy the day. From the team huddles to the cheers and trophy presentations, there was plenty of excitement on and off the field.

The games also offered an opportunity to connect with colleagues from fellow Teachers’ Fund group companies in a relaxed setting. Alongside the competition, the event provided time to build relationships and enjoy each other’s company beyond the workplace.

We thank Teachers’ Fund and the organisers for bringing everyone together, and congratulate

our winning teams. To all colleagues who competed and cheered us on, thank you for helping

make it a memorable day for Aviance Ghana.
